The work involved in promoting your business these days is becoming beyond a joke for many online marketers. Constantly posting to safelists to avoid spam complaints, sending out thousands of classified advertisements to sites nobody will ever see and working late sifting through email that is mostly junk uses up so much time you have none left for living!
The answer to this problem is to automate your promotional efforts. Let's take just one of those time wasting things and show what you can do to turn a major headache into a real blessing.
If you spend hours posting your ad to free for all links pages and then sifting through the mail they send back, you're on the wrong end of the page. Instead of posting to FFA pages, you'll get better results by owning one. It's not difficult to do, and there are several sources where you can obtain free ones. It's easy to get help from the suppliers setting them up.
Once you do, just submit the FFA page address to an FFA network, and they start directing submissions to it. You can let your friends know you've got one by putting the URL in your email signiture. This form of subliminal advertising is widely accepted on the net and likely to generate increasing page hits.
The nice thing about it is that each time somebody submits a link to your page, the page sends out a thankyou email with your custom promotional message in it. The success you achieve from that will depend on how well you write your message. Also, you can change the message from time to time to improve the results while the page quietly keeps on
sending out your promotion with no risk of spam complaints. It's a good idea to include a disclaimer in with your message to let people know why they are getting it. The best thing of all is, you don't have to stop with one. You can own 2 or 3 FFA pages and get much greater exposure, or send out several promotions at once!
Indeed, if you repeat the effort, you gain a new audience for your message each time around. Here are the steps again:
- Find a links page script
- Install it on your website
- Test and improve it
- List it with a compatible submission service
- Do it again
The more different pages and submission services you use, the bigger audience you have.
